Crystal Thompson is the third prize winner of our survey scholarship this year. She will be attending Cleveland State University in the fall, and plans to major in Biology on a pre-med track. Crystal plans to attend med school, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Pediatrician. She chose Cleveland State because it was a good financial fit, it is close to home, and her mother went to school there. She will receive $1,000 for her participation in our graduating senior survey.
Crystal has long been interested in the medical field. She has always taken care of her younger siblings, and her mother being a nurse has made a huge impact on her choice to pursue a medical career. Attending Cleveland State University is her next step toward reaching her goal.
Crystal was able to utilize the services offered by Right C3 to help improve and maintain her grades. She credits the tutoring with helping her through her toughest class, Trigonometry. She also used the test preparation material to help prepare for the SAT and ACT exams. She also enjoyed being able to reach our coaching team through the live online chat.
In high school, she was involved in dance, and enjoys art and drawing in her spare time. Being in a smaller high school, she appreciated the personal support offered by her teachers. Crystal would advise younger students to treat their high school academics seriously, but also remember to have fun.
Crystal has a clear vision for her goals, and she has shown strong commitment throughout high school to reach those goals. Right C3 wishes her the best of luck on her journey toward becoming a doctor!
